Molten Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g butter
- 50g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 30g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
- Stir in the flour and salt, then fold in the melted chocolate.
- Pour into greased ramekins and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve warm for a gooey chocolate center.
