Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients:

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 50g butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the flour and salt, then fold in the melted chocolate.
  4. Pour into greased ramekins and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Serve warm for a gooey chocolate center.
