Creamy Vegetable Soup with Turmeric
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the vegetables into small pieces.
- Sauté the onion in a bit of olive oil.
- Add the vegetables and broth, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Blend until smooth for a creamy texture.
- Stir in the cream and turmeric, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
